Nina Scholl

Nina has been a foodie as long as she can remember, being born in DC but raised abroad- traveling Europe and Asia and eating absolutely everything. She came to NYC a decade ago for reality TV camera work, and as her own food Instagram took off in her free time she met Mike and began making burger videos with him. Nina had some experience in hospitality both back and front of house, and the utmost enthusiasm for GBSC, so as soon the first pandemic pop-up came up, she was immediately onboard to help. The rest is history! She is thrilled to be a part of what has become an incredible team and can’t wait to see where GBSC goes.
