Gotham Burger Social Club teams up with Winfield Street Coffee for a POP UP to remember on July 11th 12-4pm ( Rain Date – July 10th 12-4pm.)
This collaboration will include the award winning Gotham Smash Burger paired with Aperol Spritzers, Pasta Salad, Artisan Tater Tots & Nutella Stuffed Cookies as add ons. Local vendors like Longford’s Ice Cream will be scooping their small batch, along with Living Juice spiked with Cylinder Vodka and RowHouse Stamford will be show casing what they offer on their Rowers. There will be something for everyone, great music and a great VIBE!
The Gotham Smash is always served on a Martin’s Potato Roll with New York Valley Wagyu. Life is about balance and this Pop Up has it all. See you there.

Flay is no stranger to culinary competitions, whether he’s hosting or competing, and we’ve tapped the award-winning Food Network fan-favorite to keep the ultimate celebration of everyone’s favorite mouth-watering creation between two buns at a maximum for this year’s Heineken Burger Bash presented by Schweid & Sons. Join us under our iconic white tents nestled in the sparkling sands behind The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach hotel to graze on carefully curated offerings from chefs from across South Florida, including flavorful side dishes that complement each burger perfectly, and sip on refreshing Heineken beer and wine selections. Whose burger reigns supreme? The choice is yours as you cast your vote for the Heineken People’s Choice Award!
An esteemed panel of judges, including the youngest-ever MasterChef finalist Nick DiGiovanni, NBC 6’s Kelly Blanco, photographer & journalist Manny Hernandez, Telemundo 51’s Mariana Rodriguez, Miami New Times’ Food & Drink editor Laine Doss, WSVN 7’s Belkys Nerey, CBS 4’s Lisa Petrillo, and Univision’s Raúl De Molina, will decide who will receive this year’s coveted Schweid & Sons® The Very Best Burger Award. But wait, there’s a twist! Since this year’s Burger Bash® will have TWO sessions, this award will have TWO winners! May the best burgers reign!
Honoring our commitment to ensuring the health and safety of our staff, talent, attendees, sponsors, participants, and community, this event will be split into two sessions this year. Both sessions will have the same chefs, wine & spirits, and sponsors, but the capacity will be greatly reduced from that of previous years. Your ticket is valid only during the session you purchase, and will not grant you access to the other session.
All proceeds from the Festival benefit the students of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
